Our Narrowsburg Cafe
Our cozy sun-filled cafe and roasting facility is located in the heart of the southern Catskills along the Upper Delaware River in Narrowsburg, New York. We roast all of our coffee in-house and offer a wonderful selection of locally baked sweets. It’s a perfect place to take a break, meet up or grab a much needed coffee to go. We’re fully stocked with all our products and the coffee, tea and honey are always fresh, always delicious.

MEET CHARLES AND MARTIN
Charles Wilkin - Beekeeper
In 2008 Charles went looking for danger and when no one wanted to go skydiving with him he chose beekeeping instead. He quickly realized bees are actually gentle and fragile creatures. “I guess you can say I fell in love with danger.” Charles jokes “They’ve become like family and I’ve learned over the years to be less of a beekeeper and more of a care taker.” As his passion for bees grew so did the demand for 2 Queens honey, which eventually lead to the addition of teas to our product line. Tea and honey are also a true love story and Charles curates only the finest teas that pair perfectly with his honey. “For me, great tea should taste amazing but it also must be healthy and help the bees in some way. Which is why many of our teas have ingredients bees pollinate.” Sounds like a perfect match and a lovely cup of tea!
Martin Higgins - Head Roaster
Martin began micro-roasting roasting coffee in 1996 when he opened his first shop in Columbus, Ohio. After growing that business into 5 locations, he moved on to large scale commercial roasting where he continued to refine his roasting skills. “Diner coffee doesn’t take much effort, but roasting something truly worth drinking takes years of study and experience.” Every batch of 2 Queens coffee starts with the best green beans hand selected by Martin and roasted to absolute perfection. “I spend hours sampling, blending and experimenting. I’m obsessed with finding the best flavor notes hidden in every bean.” Martin’s passion for roasting can be found in every cup of 2 Queens coffee, and his favorite part is sharing it with you.
